The San Francisco Chronicle's Food Section is way behind its reporting on climate change, but at least they had a cover story on April 2nd on a "Bay Area café (that) serves the unimaginable: a vegan poached egg with oozing yolk."
That's Sky Café in South San Francisco, where I hope to go soon!

When a carnivore lamented that his favorite restaurants didn't take reservations or weren't open the day we planned to get together, I suggested this restaurant.
