Chloe Holiday Dinners available on the West Coast

I was thrilled to see that Chloe has come to the West Coast--through Whole Foods!  Here's a message I just sent to three members of my family!

On the subject of the holidays, I'd like to make a gift of a holiday dinner to you, Suzy, and Jonathan.  It's by Chloe, whose restaurants Jonathan acquainted me to in NYC. Now she's collaborating with Whole Foods.

I'd like to know when you'd like a dinner for two (leftovers are nice) so I can place the order at the Whole Foods nearest to each of you.  I think it would be fun for us all to have the chance to sample what she's come forth with for the holidays--and to support it since it's free of animals and animal products.

I've already ordered a meal for myself to pick up on Christmas Eve Day and then have the leftovers on Christmas Day.

Here's the menu:

Why Not Use This in the Food Section?

I've been going through my choice articles pertaining to vegan choices.  This one was in an article on how obsessions work as a coping mechanism.

Isn't it notable that a Black man is making this comment--and this choice:  "The media loves to show Black grief.  Yes there's pain.  And yes, I just made this deliciously decadent blueberry lemonade pound cake that is fully vegan.  That is equally important to me..."

I think he asking to be considered a full person, not just another Black victim.
Who understand better than a Black person the concept of treating sentient beings like things?
