Coconut Mochi Filled with Haupia

Coconut Mochi Filled with Haupia got almost a full page in the SF Chronicle's Food Section today.  I don't think it's possible to get the URL for the food section, but here's a picture.

I don't plan to make this--too busy with egg-free eggnog and Kahlua trifle--but it's good to know it's out there.
