Vegan Cookies Appreciated by Peers and Millennials over Weekend--Hooray!
I'm so grateful when people like what I make because I'm really not a a very good cook, and because I'm now so devoted to the vegan (environmental-animal welfare) cause, I'm especially grateful when they don't notice anything missing!
Here you see Zacarias Palacios, a CCSF Student Ambassador, with one in hand, and he and the others who tried these cookies seemed sincere when they told me they were good.
