Yesterday a friend traveling took the time to send me a recipe for vegan chocolate chip cookies!

I was impressed by the traveling friend--that she would take the time to do this when she had so much to see and experience--and by the person who describes the joy of making these chocolate chip cookies for her son and daughter, who are vegans, even though she isn't.
