Because retirees of CCSF are the volunteers on February 7, the CCSF Culinary Arts Program will be providing food--probably a heavy-on-the-dairy lasagna.
I love CCSF, and I think the Culinary Arts Program is wonderful. But I wish they'd help the planet by donating a plant-based dish.
