A Question for Steve Newman of Earthweek: A Diary of the Planet

Dear Mr. Newman,

I am a big fan of Earthweek:  A Diary of the Planet and used to use it regularly with my students at City College of San Francisco.  (I'm now retired.)

What puzzles me, though, is that you never mention studies that show how our diet affects the planet.

I thought you might mention the recent Oxford Study reported in Science, but I see nothing about that.

Tina Martin, eating for the planet so the diary entries won't be so grim
