Michael Bauer, Denier of the True Expense of Beef

Michael Bauer may not be a climate-change denier (though maybe he is!), but he certainly is in denial when it comes to beef.

  In today's Chronicle he features Best Burgers at top 100 Restaurants;, saying that hamburgers are "the least expensive main course."

In addition to his cluelessness on the true cost of beef, he chooses the best burgers for his restaurant list that already has excluded any vegan or vegetarian restaurants.
