Response from Jonathan Kauffman on Vegan Restaurants Opening or Closing 2017 SF
Thanks for your email. There were 2 restaurant closures in 2017 that had “vegan” in the cuisine – they could have been all vegan, or just served some vegan food – and 3 openings.
